Indulge in more than 25 dining experiences, including three new, dedicated seafood venues. Enjoy dazzling Broadway performances, such as, Rock of Ages, Burn the Floor and Cirque Dreams & Dinner Jungle Fantasy.

Cruise vacations continue to rank No. 1 in consumer interest and value.

Now is the time to experience an amazing cruise while earning your Tour Director Certification. Your 2018 International Tour Director Certification Program at sea is scheduled for October 16 - 27, 2018. (12 days, 11 night cruise) while onboard the Norwegian Breakaway. Classes on the ship are conducted only during the days you are at sea. You have no classes while in any of the ports-of-call. The cruise begins and ends in New York.

There are 5 full days, and one half-day, of class while we are at sea, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending 5:30 p.m. They are conducted in a private meeting room. Outside of classroom hours you are free to participate in all ship activities. Please note: you will be spending some time in individual and small groups for study and preparation as well as four to five hours on a motorcoach upon leaving the ship in New York.  Many of the assignments can be completed prior to the start of the cruise program. Of course, all meals, entertainment, ports-of-call, etc. are available to the students and guests.

There is no single supplement charge when you are willing to share a cabin.   Students willing to share will be assigned a student roommate. Two (2) students per cabin is the norm.  The Certification/Cruise program(s) offered by the International Guide Academy has always been popular with single travelers because of the congenial atmosphere of our small group and the caring, professional services of our instructors throughout your entire journey.  You can, of course, choose to pay the single supplement and not share the cabin. Should you have sleeping habits or other planned activities that would interfere with the enjoyment of the cruise, or interfere with the ability of your cabin mate to complete the certification program in a satisfactory manner, it is your responsibility to bring this concern to our attention prior to your enrollment.

Your Embarkation: Tuesday 16 October 2018 scheduled for 4:00 p.m.

Your Disembarkation: Saturday 27 October 2018, a motorcoach tour with students narrating and finishing at JFK airport with expected arrival time at the airport of 14:30.  All members of the group (students, instructors, guests) can utilize this transportation to JFK airport.
