CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellations should be emailed as follows: Amit Ariel – amit@bepaidtotravel.com.
Cancellations are not considered valid until you receive a reply from Amit.
Cancellations and refunds will be by the following schedule: Cancellations received by September 1st - Full refund less US$50 processing fee
Cancellations received between September 1- October 31st - Refund less 50%
Cancellations received between November 1- November 30th - Refund less 75%
Cancellations received on or after December 1st are NON-REFUNDABLE.

NOTICE: Any holder of this consumer contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof. Recovery hereunder by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor hereunder. I understand that: The International Guide Academy nor Friendly Planet Travel have control of the airlines and hotels, their on-board account, injuries on-board or on shore, omission, etc. Space is limited and based on availability.

Prices are per person, sharing a double room, unless paying the single supplement of US$450.00. All tour participants and their guests need to understand and comply with conditions, policies, ID requirements, passport requirements, etc. You will need a valid passport to travel to Cuba. It should have at least 6 months left before expiration.

ROOM SHARE: If you are a single traveler and want to share a room, we will do our best to match you with a roommate. Please supply us with a short bio, it will help us to do our best but there are no guarantees. Without a bio from you, we match strictly by gender.
