Common Questions Before You Call
How much does the program cost?
Tour Director Certification tuition is $1,895. Tour Guide Certification tuition is $895. Each includes the $100 non-refundable registration fee, with no hidden fees. Travel, lodging and meals are paid separately by each student. The full breakdown is on each program page.
When are classes held?
Tour Director classes are scheduled multiple times per year in Denver. The next class begins December 5, 2026. See the full 2026–2027 schedule on the Tour Director page.
Do you offer placement?
Yes — every Tour Director graduate receives free lifetime placement assistance, including direct connections to Tour Operators worldwide. There is no expiration date.
